Featured Case Study - Station 9
A large renovation inside and out
Scope: Renovate all 126 apartment homes, bringing them up to recent design standards. That included new flooring, some appliances, paint and lighting. Replace community signage to mirror name change and new and dynamic color scheme. Interior and exteriors were repainted throughout with more vibrant colors. Various common elements were also updated. That included mailboxes, parking stripes and covers, fitness center, pool area, playground and recreation rooms.
